1. Log in to your PBCOM Mobile app.
2. Tap Transfer.
3. Tap Send Money to Account.
4. Choose Transfer to Other Bank.
5. Enter your account details:
- Bank: JuanCash
- Account Name: Your JuanCash registered name
- Account No.: Enter your JuanCash registered mobile number and follow this format:
*Add "63" or the country code under Destination Account Number
(i.e., 639-XXXX-XXXXX | 861-XXXX-XXXX-XX)
6. Tap Submit.
7. Enter the One Time Pin (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number than tap Confim.
8. A Registration succesful status will be displayed on the screen.
9. Go to the Fund Transfer and fill in the details:
- Select Source Account
- Target Account
- Amount
- Remarks
10. Tap Submit.
11. Enter the One Time Pin (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number than tap Confirm.
12. SMS will be sent to the receiver.
