1. Log in by entering your User ID and Password
2. Tap "Fund Transfer" and choose the source account
3. Select "Transfer to Other Banks" via InstaPay
4. Select JuanCash as the Destination Bank
5. Input the required details and amount to be transferred. Enter your JuanCash mobile number in this format:
*Add "63" or the country code
(i.e., 639-XXXX-XXXXX | 861-XXXX-XXXX-XX)
*Your registered mobile number also serves as your account number
6. Select where the One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent, either through your registered mobile number or e-mail address
7. Review the details in the Confirmation Page. Once confirmed, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or e-mail address
8. Tap "Confirm" then OK
9. A transaction acknowledgement page with the status of the transaction will be displayed
